Does NexaKuliner require Elementor, ACF, or WooCommerce?#

No. It uses native WordPress APIs and storage. Ordering goes to WhatsApp rather than a WooCommerce checkout.

Why does a Menu, Package, or detail route return 404?#

Re-save Settings > Permalinks, then check slug conflicts and caches.

Why is a Menu item missing from public pages?#

Confirm that it is published, not password protected, available, and compatible with the active filters. Check Homepage Builder limits and curation. Expired promotions are intentionally excluded from Promotion collections.

Why is a WhatsApp button or form missing?#

Check the default or item-level number and use international digits-only format. The mobile button must be enabled in Settings and is hidden when its destination is invalid or on the Printable menu page.

What is the difference between Settings, Content, and Demo imports?#

Settings Import moves safe configuration, Content Import handles Menu/Package CSV or XLSX rows, and Demo Import installs a complete official example site. They are separate workflows and are not interchangeable.

Why does activation or updating fail?#

Check the license, registered domain, HTTPS, DNS, server time, firewall, and outbound connectivity. Never send a license key or password in a screenshot.
