Does NexaKlinik require Elementor or ACF?#

No. It uses native WordPress APIs and storage.

Why does a Doctor or Service archive return 404?#

Re-save Settings > Permalinks, then check page-slug conflicts and caches.

Why did blog excerpts or the sidebar not change?#

Review the Blog and Sidebar tabs, save Settings, and clear page/object caches.

Where are registration requests sent?#

They are emailed to the recipient configured in General. Delivery does not confirm an appointment; the clinic must follow up.

Why does activation or updating fail?#

Check the license, domain, HTTPS, DNS, server time, firewall, and outbound connectivity. Never send a license key or password in a screenshot or ticket.
